How do you surprise diners with American Airline miles at a special meal cooked by celebrity Chef Ludo? Deliver the airline miles as its own surprise course in a golden paper airplane! I folded over 60 paper airplanes by hand, adding to the bespoke feeling of the evening. Servers filed out of the kitchen with each airplane on its own plate, delivering between 10,000 and 40,000 airline miles to each Mastercard cardholder.
